John Martino

Chief Executive Officer

John is the Chief Executive Officer of Strata Decision Technology. His primary focus is to ensure Strata’s solutions and teams support clients across our industry verticals. Under John’s leadership, the company delivers client-centric solutions, with a focus on product innovation, advanced insights, client-focused delivery and industry expertise.

With over three decades in healthcare, John’s experience spans small and large software and healthcare services companies. Before becoming Strata’s Chief Executive Officer, John served as Stata’s Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer, responsible for overseeing finance as well as being deeply involved in our company’s operations and strategic direction.

Prior to joining Strata, John was the Controller for Catamaran Corporation, a pharmacy benefit management company that is now part of OptumRx. John started his career at an enterprise healthcare IT company, where he helped put the systems, controls and processes in place to support the company’s long-term growth.

John holds a B.S. in Accounting from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
