Our R&D team, knows our best work comes from collaboration. From software engineers to product managers, designers, to technical writers, data scientists to trainers and beyond. Our R&D team innovates every day, focused on different facets of the problem. Our teams are reinventing the way our customers use data to drive decisions that will make the greatest impact on their business and ultimately, their missions.
The first faces our customers meet are often those on our Growth team. Whether it be crafting our message in the market or partnering with current or prospective customers to identify opportunities for us to work together, this group represents our brand and our mission every day.
From Infrastructure and Security to ServiceDesk and Compliance, our IT & Security team works hard to ensure that we are a secure place for our customers’ data, as well as providing necessary support and information to our internal team.
Our finance team works tirelessly to keep our team paid and our budgets balanced. You can catch them preparing for monthly financial processes or setting up payroll. Our corporate operations team helps Strata move through change in an organized manner. Finally, our in-house legal counsel helps protect our business and our customers with contracts and other legal processes.
There’s nothing “behind the scenes” with this group; their work directly impacts our team and our business. From hardware to coaching our team to cultivating our culture, this group makes sure everyone at Strata has what they need to be successful.
