Many health systems historically have used manual, other labor-intensive processes to collect their data for submitting for benchmarks. Instead, we automate the collection of their data and deliver it straight into the source of truth.
This approach eliminates subjectivity and allows us to normalize the data across what can be a really complex market. Data normalization can only be achieved by putting ML and AI to work across huge volumes of complex data that we're talking about. By taking a data science forward approach to the collection process, we can easily distill data into actionable intelligence. And the third thing and final thing I wanna note is, because we build our process on AI and ML, we refresh the entire market segment monthly without any manual intervention by our customers.
