Robert Mancilla

General Counsel

Robert serves as the General Counsel at Strata Decision Technology, LLC. In this role, he partners with leaders across the organization, providing legal guidance and business insights that support Strata’s strategic objectives. Robert brings extensive transactional experience and demonstrated leadership to the team. 

Prior to joining Strata, Robert held previous positions as Assistant General Counsel at Syntellis Performance Solutions, LLC and Sears Holdings Management Corporation.  He also practiced commercial business litigation in Chicago, representing clients in a variety of legal matters.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University.
